Tholakele is a talented hardwire basket weaver who has been suppling her hardwire baskets to Woza Moya since the beginning of 2024. She is able to create very large baskets with beautiful patterns.

These shallow wire baskets are skillfully made by Zulu weavers in KwaZulu-Natal.

The larger the bowl and the more complex the design, the more skill is required by the crafter.
