Technique: Handwoven using traditional Zulu weaving methods.
Nthombifuthi uses a finer gauge (thinner) wire than most of the other wire-basket weavers, which allows her more detail in her designs. It also, however, means that her bowls take a lot longer to make than those of the other crafters.
